Pray that we'll find two engages this week!!

This week we went to Cannes! It was so wonderful. We went on exchange
with Sister Nef and Soeur Takotua who are serving there right now.
They are awesome! I was with Soeur Nef, who I was in the MTC with, and
we had a really great time. Both of us can't believe how fast the time
has gone by since then. We went to go see a family that I heard a lot
about while I was there but never got to see for various reasons, so
it was cool to finally meet them! They are not members but love the
missionaries and have had a few nannies from Mormon families because
they love how family-oriented we are. The sisters should be doing a
family home evening with all of them soon. They are such a prepared
family! One day they will be an eternal family, it's inevitable. We
also visited the Vivier family, the bishops family. They were excited
to see us again! It was weird being in Cannes with a coat on....I hear
that name and immediately start sweating out of habit. But as always,
it smelled like fresh flowers everywhere we went! Gotta love the Côte
d'Azur.

The rest of this week we've been doing a lot of finding. Comme dab. We
have power hours (hour of power contacting) everyday and we've been
seeing some miracles! We actually fixed two rdvs and have gathered a
few more potentials. Unfortunately one of the coolest miracles we
found one day ended up being a creep who just wanted to go to the
movies with us and more, but I guess that's what happens when you have
a cute companion. We were really bummed, because we were so sure he
was going to be one of our engagés for the Christofferson conference,
and he's so prepared! He's searching! Just needs a little more time.

We'll continue to search for people this week and do all we can to get
those two engagés! We only have a week left before the conference and
we have to reach out goal! Meanwhile, the rest of the mission is
KILLING it. The list of people committed to baptism on our weekly
newsletter gets longer each week. Some villes have 7 or more people
committed to baptism and that's awesome. So wonderful!

ALSO I FOUND OUT NELLY HAS A BAPTISMAL DATE. NELLY. The one in Ecully
that had the craziest ups and downs! We had dropped her before I
left!! This is a huge miracle. I called Soeur Grant when I found out
and she told me the whole story and I was freaking out. How wonderful!
The date fixed isn't until August but that's ok!!

This week I talked to president for our interviews and it was the most
touching interview I've ever had! He really is so inspired and knows
exactly how we're doing and what we need help with. He gave me the
best advice and exactly the encouragement that I needed to hear. It's
like talking to Jesus when you're talking to president. You don't have
to say anything because he already knows and he asks the right
questions. He promised me that soon miracles will be happening, so
much that my heart won't be able to hold all the joy I feel from
witnessing them. I'm counting on that!

Last Monday after interviews, we had a zone Pday and went to the
Calanques in Marseille. They are these beautiful cliffs by the sea.
Well you saw the photos. It was so fun! Our zone feels a lot more
united and it was fun to get to know some of the members of the zone
more. Many of them I didn't know well before. We had done an activity
during zone training the week before when we wrote down on a rock one
of our fears as a missionary that drags us down. Monday as we hiked up
the Calanques, we cast away those rocks because with perfect love, we
cast out all fear. We're becoming even more united as we call various
equipes and pray together right before a lesson when we're going to
commit someone to baptism or right before a power hour. We will see
miracles!

I love my Savior and I'm so grateful for his tender mercies that
grants us so often. He really does know the deepest desires of our
hearts, even the ones we don't dare ask him. And he does everything he
can to grant these righteous desires! Even when we don't deserve it,
or when we can do without, he blesses us anyways. Because he loves us!
He wants to give us every good thing we want, and he will! I'm so
grateful for his influence I feel all around me even in the most
spiritually dead of places. I know that he lives, and I know he has a
plan for each of us, even if his children won't listen to that plan.
Every time I testify of him, I feel his spirit and his love and I know
that for that moment, there where I stand is holy ground. I am so
happy I get to wear his name every day! One day he will come again in
all his glory, and the whole world will behold it, and every knee
shall bow and every tongue shall confess that he is the Christ, the
Savior of the world.

Je vous aime très très fort !
